Stirling Albion introduced programmes for the start of season 1949/50. This was their first venture into the top flight of Scottish football and the programme was a simple 8-page production. Printed in red on white paper, content was limited to brief notes and team line-ups. The main reason for producing the programme was the half time scoreboard – which may explain why midweek issues were unknown.
