Stenhousemuir’s old stand has fallen victim to the demolition workers, supposedly in preparation for the arrival of East Stirlingshire FC who will build a new stand on that side of the ground. Ochilview is one ground that really has improved as a result of recent changes. It used to be a wide-open, soulless ground, with no atmosphere. The fact that the fans are now closer to the pitch has improved viewing and generates more atmosphere than before.
